Departments
All yachts have departments, and it is the same regardless of the yachts size, however, smaller yachts require that some crew positions are doubled. For Example: Deck/Stew
There are four departments:
> Deck - This department includes the bridge and its exterior crew they are responsible for navigation, safety of the vessel, maintenance of the exterior, outdoor guest activities and services.
> Engineering - Safety, Engine Room Operations and to maintain smooth operations of the yacht. It is the heart of the yacht or vessel without it we are just a boat tied to the dock.
