Instructor - Inaé Albury (Chief Yacht Stewardess)

I started out in the tourism industry 10 years ago and in the yachting industry 8 years ago as a day worker and worked my way up from third stewardess up to chief stewardess within the first 4 years. I've worked on numerous vessels from sports fishing yachts to massive 175ft private motor yachts for both low and high profile clients. My experience has taken me throughout the islands of the Bahamas and south Florida, and has expanded my opportunities in learning from other stewardesses from different backgrounds and cultures that helped me in my journey. Because my personal experience in the industry was more hands on learning, I was able to utilise my skills quickly and more frequently thus ultimately forcing perfection in service and hospitality.

Breaking into this industry is the hardest part. The first two years were extremely hard and came with ALOT, of trail and error as I did not have a blue print to guide me along the way. I learned everything that I know from experience and one or two seasoned stews in the business. Some of my best results came from the tools and tips included in this course.
